The Readiness Experience is a mentorship and professional development program that equips Black and brown youth with soft skills, presence training and insider knowledge needed to thrive in academic and professional spaces. We bridge the access gap by making the unspoken rules of success visible, teaching and empowering.

I’m not a CEO or a public figure. Is this still for me?

Absolutely. Our sessions are for anyone who needs to communicate with impact whether you’re a first-time founder pitching at a local event, a nonprofit director presenting to a board or a young professional who just got tapped to represent your organization publicly. You don’t need a title to need this work. You just need a moment that matters.

What if I don’t have a specific event coming up?
